Marzena Barcinska is an international educator of languages and culture, impacting the lives of adolescents in Europe, America, and Africa. She inspired high school teens in her beloved country of Poland before immigrating to the United States and choosing Dallas, Texas as her new home and base to reach children on other continents. Dedicated to instilling curiosity in young people, she provided opportunities for her students from Travis Academy to participate in national language contests, travel abroad, and attend to the needs of the disadvantaged through school projects. Marzena served in mission fields from South Africa and Mexico to the poverty-stricken parts of the Dallas Fort-Worth metroplex.
