EDITORIAL EVALUATION – Developmental Review
You have completed your manuscript, but are not sure whether the information is clear and concise. We are pleased to offer a manuscript evaluation to assist you in the development process to ensure your work is ready for the copyediting process.
Your manuscript is complete and is ready for a detailed word-by-word evaluation checking for precision in typography, spelling, punctuation, overall structure, and flow. This process is critical before going to print. We will catch errors you might have missed and will offer suggestions for the overall flow and readability of your work.
PROOFREAD – Post-edit
Your manuscript has already been through our editorial process. Manual corrections have been made and you are ready for a final proofreading. Our proofreading service involves a detailed word-by-word read through checking for correct capitalization, punctuation, spelling, and typography.
To ensure a professional manuscript we recommend starting with and editorial evaluation, extensive copyedit and finally a proofread.
INTERIOR DESIGN AND FORMATTING
Create a professional looking interior. Many submitted formats are missing professional design elements. Examples would be properly embedded fonts, maximum image quality, correct trim size, consistent margins, properly set gutters, consistent styles, proper page setup, proper line spacing, page numbers and headers, no gaps in text and finished layout ready for publication.
