“My face story began quite simply and became chaotic. And my practical need to find a face included the roller-coaster of emotions that I experienced both with people and with God. Life is full of joy and wrenching sorrow, of ecstasy to devastating pain. And I believe God desires to engage us in all of these.”

Kristi’s story is not just a story about her face. It is the story of walking into the unknown, experiencing a wilderness with people who compassionately came alongside, both near and far, and finding a special friend in the life of a suffering man named Job.
