Silas is the Apostolic Vicar of The Anglican Mission in Canada and Rector of Richmond Emmanuel Church. He serves as adjunct faculty at Carey Theological College and ACTS Seminary, Trinity Western University, and is a Content Reader for the D.Min. Program at Fuller Theological Seminary, Pasadena.
