America could deport the Juan’s of society under the current immigration laws, but as a humane nation, can you really deport the Juan’s of society? How would this young man survive in a country that he has no knowledge of? Leaving Mexico at the age of 5, it would be an exile into a foreign country that would be hard to survive in.
